چکیده
Abstract The compatibility concept is widely used in psychology and ergonomics. It describes the fit between elements of a sociotechnical system which prerequisite to successfully cooperate towards common goal. For at least three decades, cognitive increasing importance. externally presented information, information processing, required motor action. However, with complexity, probability for incompatibility increases, too, leading time losses, errors overall degraded performance. elimination incompatibilities through ergonomic measures workplace requires lot creativity effort. Using practical examples from mixed-model assembly, improved management use informational assistance systems are discussed as promising approaches. ultimate goal avoid overload, example part picking or assembly tools choosing. To find mediated work instructions via displays subjectively internal models competencies challenging task. Only if this given perceived beneficial. achieve this, should be configurable individual needs far possible. Successful design early participation comprehensive integration into existing IT infrastructure. Practical relevance : Varied manual high degree work. A rise complexity task increases risk that thus overload will occur more frequently. shown such unhealthy conditions can countered by better presentation individually adaptable systems.

‘BALANCING AND SEQUENCING’ VERSUS ‘ONLY BALANCING’ IN MIXED MODEL U-LINE ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS: AN ECONOMIC ANALYSIS
With the growth in customers’ demand diversification, mixed-model U-lines (MMUL) have acquired increasing importance in the area of assembly systems. There are generally two different approaches in the literature for balancing such systems. Some researchers believe that since the types of models can be very diverse, a balancing approach without simultaneously sequencing of models will not yield...

This paper presents a multi-objective simulated annealing algorithm for the mixed-model assembly line balancing with stochastic processing times. Since, the stochastic task times may have effects on the bottlenecks of a system, maximizing the weighted line efficiency (equivalent to the minimizing the number of station), minimizing the weighted smoothness index and maximizing the system reliabil...

متن کاملA chance-constrained multi-objective model for final assembly scheduling in ATO systems with uncertain sub-assembly availability
A chance-constraint multi-objective model under uncertainty in the availability of subassemblies is proposed for scheduling in ATO systems. The on-time delivery of customer orders as well as reducing the company's cost is crucial; therefore, a three-objective model is proposed including the minimization of1) overtime, idletime, change-over, and setup costs, 2) total dispersion of items’ deliver...
